When you create your first Franchise zoo, you will automatically have 100 conservation points awarded to you, so you won't have to worry on getting them this time. The credits are farmable, and you can get them in different ways: logging in daily will reward you 100 conservation credits, completing community challenges and tasks, and releasing animals to wild or selling them to other players. To start a new zoo, you will need 100 conservation credits.
The Franchise game mode can be found on the main menu page, on the left side. Franchise zoos, as you may know, are an online sandbox, where you can trade animals with other players and your whole progress is saved on the server.
